Shipping & Returns
We do our best to process and ship your RAMLA as fast as we can, usually 1- 5 business days for local delivery , 5 - 8 business days for international order . If your order is placed before 9 am , next day delivery in Cairo may be applied. During holidays, this can be slightly extended.
If you place your order during the weekend or on holiday, we’ll start processing your order on the following business day. You should receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your oder ships out. If you do not receive confirmation e-mail, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note, upon receiving the package, you must first pay for the package and only after, you can open the package.
We are happy to accept any exchange of any unworn item within 2 days, once you have received the item from our customers in Egypt. For exchange please email us email@example.com and we will provide you with an address to ship the item to or we can arrange for a pick up, courier fees to be applied. Items received outside of this period many not be accepted.
It is very difficult to offer exchange or refund outside of Egypt due to clearance policy in Egypt, therefore it is not accepted.
Original shipping duties, taxes and customer fees are not refundable. We will only reimburse the cost of the merchandise.
Item should be returned in the original condition, unworn or used in anyway, with its packaging.
We only offer return, if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault. However, every product we send out is initially quality controlled.
Refund is only available through bank transaction. After receiving the item, the refund will be done through bank transaction, deducting the courier fees.
We reserve the right to deny refund of any of the items if they do not meet the requirements.
